About the Club

The Berkeley Water Ski Club (BWSC) is a water sports organization promoting community events for waterskiing, wakeboarding, trick skiing and ski jumping. Our goal is to promote water skiing and related water sports, to develop good tournament skiers, to promote safety first at all times and to create a friendly environment for current and prospective members to enjoy our facilities and sponsored events.

The Club is one of the most active water ski clubs on the Pacific Coast, if not the country. It offers two regulation slalom courses – Berkeley Aquatic Park and on the Delta.  The social aspects of BWSC include social sport activities, ski and wakeboard competitions, fund-raising programs, Learn to Ski week for disadvantage youth, Junior Development week, family delta beach facilities, an annual dinner-dance and other water sports activities.
